How do I book my sessions once I join?▼
After payment, you'll receive a welcome email with your member portal link. Log in with your phone number and OTP, pick a day, and reserve a slot. You can book right up to a few hours before the session.
Can I roll unused days into next month?▼
No. Days reset at the start of each calendar month so the arena stays fair for everyone. Use it or lose it — that's why we keep the plans affordable.
What's the refund policy?▼
Memberships are non-refundable once activated. If you have a genuine issue in the first 7 days, call us on 92874 02101 and we'll work something out.
Do I need to bring my own gear?▼
Up to you — bats, pads and helmets are available for rent at the counter for ₹50, or bring your own if you prefer. L-guards can be purchased at the counter for ₹150 (recommended).
Can I share my membership with a friend?▼
Memberships are for one player only — the QR issued at your slot is single-use. Bring friends along to watch, or gift them a walk-in package from the booking page.
What if I miss a booked slot?▼
Missed slots count towards your monthly quota. Cancel at least 2 hours ahead from the member portal and the day stays in your bank.
